Enrolments & Payment

Enrolments and bookings are processed online via the website booking form. Enrolment and bookings are complete when payment is made. Payments can be made online transfer or cash payment.

Adult’ Art Classes

If you cancel or miss a class no refund will be issued.

In the event that you cannot attend but wish to have someone else attend in your place this can be arranged provided at least 24 hours of notice is given.

In the event that we cancel, people will be notified via text message or email and will be issued with a pro rata refund to the value of the cancelled class.

Kids’ Art Classes (Weekly and Casual Classes)

If you cancel or miss a class, refunds will not be available.

Students who are unable to attend a class for a genuine reason may attend on an alternate date within the same term.

In the event that we cancel, parents will be notified via text message or email and will be issued with a pro rata refund to the value of the cancelled class.

School Holiday Programs

If you cancel or miss a class no refund will be issued.

Art Competition Tutoring

If you cancel or miss a class no refund will be issued.

Additional classes are not included in the price.

Chloe’s Art Room will not be liable for missed classes, changes or mistakes made by the competition organisers, loss or damage incurred to artwork by the student, legislative changes preventing submission, money owing for submission or any other problems caused by 3rd parties.

Clothing

Art is messy, so it is best if your child is dressed in clothing that is not precious. We provide an art smock in the class. Chloe’s Art Room will not be liable for any damage incurred to a student’s clothing.

Student’s Artwork May Be Used For Promotional Purposes

A student’s artwork may be used for promotional purposes on our website: http://www.chloesartroom.com/ By participating in art classes you agree that the student’s artwork may be photographed and displayed on this website. If you do not agree with these terms you must advise us in writing prior to commencing class.
